LANGUAGE Advanced Level English & German ABOUT After completing general practitioner training, Elif Zeynep Mirza M.D. specialized in psychiatry in London. In terms of holistic approaches towards practicing medical treatments, she studied acupuncture at Harvard University and became the only Turkish medical doctor who has a degree from Harvard on acupuncture. Being fluent in German, Elif Zeynep Mirza M.D. studied cosmetic acupuncture in Munich Ludwig Maximilian University to practice alternative medicine on psychiatric patients. She has continued to specialize in alternative medicine since then. To support the idea of combining east and west medicine, she studied nutrition at London’s Health Science Academy, and obtained certificates for detox specialist and advanced dietary supplements advisor. Colin Campbell, the famous author of a plant-based nutrition book, noticed Elif Zeynep Mirza’s success and made sure she contributed to his work. After she finished studying plant-based nutrition at Colin Campbell Center, she then continued to practice nutrition and acupuncture at Harvard University in the company of David Euler. In 2015, after gaining her degree in acupuncture at Harvard University, she specialized in cosmetic acupuncture and emphasized the importance of cosmetics with the leadership of co-workers David Euler and Kioko Matsumoto. Thus she joined the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine courses and became a board-certified specialist.
